Empowering Mothers- Children in North Carolina

Across the North Carolina borders, a new movement is emerging- one that recognizes the unique spiritual needs and influence of mothers and the importance of meeting them where they are. Recent research has shown that 82% of families begin attending church because the mother determines the importance. Mothers naturally serve as teachers, evangelists, and prayer warriors, carrying the gospel with them wherever they go-whether in their bags, cars, or especially at home as they prepare their children for the world.

Addressing Gaps in Church Support for Mothers

However, Barna research indicates that one in four Christian mothers is dissatisfied with her church experience, and 47% report that their church does not provide materials or outreach to support them in their roles as mothers. This gap is where MomCo steps in, offering a ministry where women learn how to help their children and themselves grow in alignment with God's calling for their lives. GHCH has partnered with MomCo Inc. to launch the Dynamic Moms-Children's Ministry Initiative, dedicated to engaging women throughout the community and encouraging church growth from within.
